A ludicrous sci-fi spectacular that tried to do everything and failed on every single count tools up on streaming

Having gone down in the history books as one of the action genre’s most iconic figures decades ago, the last decade has seen Jackie Chan take some big swings and endure the severe misses that come as a result, with few going down in infamy harder of faster than Bleeding Steel.
Neatly described by one critic as “nonsensical garbage,” the overstuffed genre-bender did at least find reviewers and audiences in complete agreements over its merits, although identical Rotten Tomatoes approval ratings of 22 percent from both parties isn’t quite what anybody had in mind.
